Workshop Details: 2 hours - At your studio
1 Hour: Power Vinyasa Yoga Class
Class is directed towards creating the highest level of energy, vitality, and freedom. Your dancers will build strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and mental stamina while emphasizing breathing, body awareness, and alignment. Expect poses to move at a quick pace, interweaving with technique that supports a dancer’s training.
30 Minutes: Decompress + Stretch.
Meditation and thoughtful movement sequences guided by steady breath to relax the body and cool the mind.
30 Minutes: Self development
Activities meant for diving within, building confidence, soothing anxiety, and building healthy boundaries.
