OFFICE YOGA CLASS OPTIONS

We understand that time is precious and life’s responsibilities are endless.  We believe that self care is a priority for overall wellness, but sometimes there just aren’t enough hours in the day!  That’s why we bring physical and emotional wellness to you. 

Classes are designed to provide a friendly, encouraging and supportive space. When physical activity and mental release are combined, there is a transformative positive change that occurs in overall wellness and productivity.  Wellness affects your company’s bottom line in many ways.  Studies have proven that when a company implements a yoga wellness program for employees it can lower health care costs, increase productivity, decrease absenteeism, and raise employee morale. 

Benefits are most visible when employees consistently take class over a period of time. We suggest at least 1 month.

Decompress + Stretch

Do you need a break in your work day but not enough time for 1 hour? This is the best option for you. Decompress + Stretch is a 30 minute class tailored to your needs. It can be done on a yoga mat or in a chair. The class consists of meditation and light stretching. Short and sweet but just the perfect amount of time to take a moment for your mental health.

What you need: A sturdy chair with a back for each person + enough space for all students. Yoga mats and blocks (we provide 15 mats and blocks free of charge), a working power outlet (we provide the sound system), professional clothing (no skirts/dresses) or comfortable clothing, water.

Time: 30 Minutes · $75 per class


Chair Yoga 

The most gentle yoga option available.  Students perform postures and breathing exercises with the aid of a chair. Chair yoga invites you to find mobility in a way that is simple and soft while effectively bringing relief to tension and stress. Class ends with mindful meditation leaving you with a feeling of clarity and tranquility. Students can reap the benefits of yoga without having to get up or down from the floor. No mats, no sweat, no stress!     

What you need: A sturdy chair with a back for each person, enough space for all students and chairs, a working power outlet (we provide the sound system), professional clothing (no skirts/dresses) or comfortable clothing, water.

Time: 1 hour · $150 per class

Signature Vinyasa

The Signature Vinyasa class prepares beginners to start their yoga journey while enabling students with prior experience to challenge themselves appropriately. Expect inventive and thoughtful sequences of sun salutations, standing and seated postures guided by steady breath to heat the body and cool the mind. Students will leave the class feeling deeply restored and energetically balanced.

What you need: Yoga mats and blocks (we provide 15 mats and blocks free of charge), a working power outlet (we provide the sound system), comfortable clothing, a safe space that can accommodate all students, water.

Time: 1 hour · $150 per class

Power Yoga

The most challenging yoga option available. Power yoga is directed at creating the highest level of energy, vitality, and freedom.  This class builds strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, and mental stamina while emphasizing breathing, body awareness, and alignment. Expect poses to move at a quick pace, interweaving with aspects of cross training movements. Students will leave feeling energized and uplifted ready to take on anything that comes their way!

What you need: Yoga mat and blocks (we provide 15 mats and blocks free of charge), a working power outlet (we provide the sound system), comfortable clothing, a safe space that can accommodate all students, water.

Time: 1 hour · $150 per class
